SHIPPING

All orders are sent with Australia Post.

You can choose your preferred postage method at checkout. 

International customers will be responsible for foreign fees & taxes in their own countries.

*Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

PAYMENTS

You can choose to pay via PayPal, AFTERPAY or approved credit cards at checkout.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! 

PRODUCTS

Printed to order in-house on Australian made paper with recycled content. Cards can have slight blemishes due to its recycled content, but this also gives them their unique character. Your displayed monitor colour may also be slightly different to what is printed on the product.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, then email us immediately hey@twobridespresents.com

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please take the time to choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

If you encounter an issue or your products do not arrive in perfect condition, you can return your unused, unopened item within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hey@twobridespresents.com explaining the issue.
