SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide! sent via Australia Post in a discreet black Better packaging co sustainable bag.

At checkout choose between no tracking or tracking to ensure peace of mind and safe delivery to you. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped.

International customers will be responsible for any customs/import fees or taxes in their own countries. 

Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. 

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days

PAYMENTS

We accept AfterPay, PayPal and approved credit cards at checkout. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please take the time to choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

If you encounter an issue or your products do not arrive in perfect condition, you can return your unused, unopened item within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at twobridespresents@gmail.com explaining the issue with photos.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, then please email us immediately and we will happily replace or refund your items.
