SHIPPING

Yes, we are shipping worldwide, and all orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post to ensure peace of mind and safe delivery of your Two Brides Presents. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped. There are delays due to Covid-19, so please check out the Australia Post website for up to date info on expected delivery times for your country.

All Australian orders $7.50 flat rate with Free Postage for purchases over $35 and Rest of World starts from $19.90 with Free Postage for any purchases over $75.

International customers will be responsible for any customs/import fees or taxes in their own countries. 

Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

Our products are made to order by the brides Chris and Julz with greeting cards and prints shipped within 3-4 days and pins and key rings within 9-14 days. 

PAYMENTS

You can choose to pay via PayPal, AFTERPAY or approved credit cards at checkout. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please take the time to choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

If you encounter an issue or your products do not arrive in perfect condition, you can return your unused, unopened item within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hey@twobridespresents.com explaining the issue.  

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, then email us immediately and we will happily replace or refund. 

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course!
